Callisto products are classy, upscale and versatile We offers high quality products and focus on a pleasant customer experience helps us get repeat clients, referrals, and builds our reputation.

Photographs, products, artworks, designs, text, graphics, logos and buttons are owned by Callisto and are protected by copyright laws. Colour of the product may vary slightly from the pictures used on the website. All product prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and services tax).

PRICING

We are determined to provide the most accurate value based pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. All product prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and services tax).

PLACE

Our website is the most important communication tool, and is a place where our customer learn about our services and make initial Purchase. Callisto has office and warehouse in Lahore, but walk-in customers are unusual. We are providing online shopping and fcaility for Lahoriites can only check products physically by visiting our office. Callisto cannot guarantee product availability.

NOTICES

We shall send notices to you by email to the email address you provide to ‘CALLISTO’ during the registration process. Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after email is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid. Alternatively, we may give you legal notice by registered email. Notices sent to you by registered mail shall be deemed to have been received by that party three days after the date of mailing.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

Subject to the Arbitration section below, each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore and to waive any objections based upon venue.
